Transparent pricing for every delivery

Your delivery fee is based on the quantity of items and the distance to your location. We aim to provide excellent value for our swift and reliable service within Gatineau, Quebec, and Ottawa  Ontario.

Please  note we encourage customers to order online at the store website and then all we charge them for is the delivery fee.

Alternatively please include the total amount of your shopping   plus the recyclable bag after verifying the price and availability before placing an order.We always provide a cost of delivery estimate before you place the order .If the cost estimate is agreeable confirm then place the order 

If an item is not available at the store website  we will substitute for a similar item at equal or less than the price only if you request a substitution 

Standard delivery fees (within 25 km)

For deliveries within 25 km of local groceries and pharmacies, our pricing is based on the number of items in your order:

• Basic order (8 items or less): $10.00
• Medium order (10 to 15 items): $15.00
• Larger order (16 to 25 items): $20.00

Deliveries beyond 25 km

For any order that extends beyond a 25 km radius from the pickup location, the delivery fee starts at $25.00. The final fee will increase with additional items and mileage.

Bulky item charges

Some items, due to their size or weight, incur an additional bulky order fee. Orders are limited to two 24-case packs of water per order. If more are required, additional charges apply:

• 1-2 cases of 24-bottle water: Standard delivery fee + $10.00 bulky item fee
• 3-4 cases of 24-bottle water: Standard delivery fee + $20.00 bulky item fee
• 5-6 cases of 24-bottle water: Standard delivery fee + $30.00 bulky item fee

We advise customers to confirm the availability of items before placing orders. We offer substitutions only upon request; otherwise, a refund is issued for unavailable items.
